Ugly Casanova 180° South OST

Ugly Casanova is the long-dormant side project from Modest Mouse leadman Isaac Brock. To date, the only full-length attributed to the band is the terrific Sharpen Your Teeth, from 2002.  The lineup has changed overtime, with Brock being the only constant, and it’s unknown who—if anyone—plays with him on the eight songs he contributed to the soundtrack for the upcoming film 180° South.  The first single sounds pretty in-line with what we heard from Ugly Casanova eight years ago, but, then again, it could just as easily pass as a quieter Modest Mouse track:

Ugly Casanova – “Lay Me Down,” from 180° South OST, out June 22 on Brushfire
